Business Development Representative
BILL is a rapidly growing fintech company focused on empowering businesses through innovative financial tools. The Business Development Representative will qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, and generate new opportunities for the Direct Sales channel.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and build relationships with prospective customers
- Network with partners and generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel
- Engage with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach for creative prospecting
- Make 80+ outbound calls each day as part of the sales rhythm
- Manage multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through calls, emails, texts, and social outreach
- Learn and master BILL’s product suite and value proposition
- Meet and aim to exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced
- Embrace a collaborative, team-first culture with daily huddles to align on goals and celebrate wins
- Navigate objections and turn challenges into opportunities
