What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Verifying, responding to, and dispatching emergency signals in a timely and efficient manner
- Answering incoming calls and notifying customers of non-emergency signals in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handling signals from one location/area and TTY stations, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working weekends, holidays, and shifts with potential for mandatory overtime, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
What's Required (Qualifications)
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage
- Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- The ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changes in the work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
- The ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 0-2 years of experience in alarm monitoring or a related field, providing valuable industry knowledge and skills
- Certification in alarm monitoring services, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
