Experienced Full Stack Workflow Systems Analyst – Data Visualization & Analytics Expert

As a key member of the Platform Services & Operations group, you'll play a critical role in designing and expanding critical workflow tooling at scale, empowering teams to deliver exceptional software through high-quality engineering experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Designing and developing critical workflow tooling at scale, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions * Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and drive business decisions * Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and developing insights to inform business strategy * Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide education, and drive adoption of new workflow tools and processes * Iteratively refining and improving workflow tooling based on feedback and performance metrics Key Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in analytics, visualization, and data-driven decision-making * Advanced knowledge of Tableau, with experience developing complex dashboards and reports * Strong SQL skills, with experience with aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field Preferred Skills While not required, the following skills will be highly valued: * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience with software development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product ownership experience, with a track record of driving key outcomes through analytics * Project management experience, with a focus on driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Benefits As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Comprehensive medical and dental coverage * Retirement benefits, including a 401(k) matching program * Various discounted products and services, including access to arenaflex's Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including tuition reimbursement and compensation for certain academic expenses * Eligibility for discretionary bonuses or fee bills, as well as relocation assistance Work Environment and Culture arenaflex is committed to creating a dynamic, inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and excellence.
