Key Responsibilities

• Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and build new relationships
• Meet with potential clients to discuss their financial goals and provide tailored solutions (we work around your schedule to ensure flexibility)
• Become fluent in financial products and obtain required financial licenses (Life and Series 6), with optional opportunities to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65 licenses
• Train and onboard new hires, developing them into key team members and contributing to the growth and success of our organization
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication
