In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues. Compensation, Scheduling, and Training Details

  • Pay Rate: $17.85/hr, with the potential to earn up to $18.74/hr as you progress in your career
  • Location: Work from Home (must reside in Texas or Tennessee to qualify)
  • Schedule: A minimum of 38 hours/week, scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST, with evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary
  • Training: 5 weeks of paid training, comprising self-led activities, instructor-led curriculum, and on-the-job training to ensure you are set up for success

A Typical Day as a Customer Service Specialist

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Interact with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to resolve customer service inquiries
  • Actively resolve complaints and concerns within the queue
  • Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns
  • Process account requests and provide guidance on product features
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues, and use screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed
  • Coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Document notes and summarize conversation details effectively
  • Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop your skills

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be familiar with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required)
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
  • Be able to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely, and solicit feedback openly
