Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and documents, ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
  • Performing regular data quality checks and audits to ensure integrity, and making recommendations for improvements to data management processes.
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting tasks as needed, to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets, and contributing to the development of best practices and procedures for data management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
