About the Role:

As a Customer Support Remote Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Disney fans from the comfort of your own home. You'll be an essential part of our customer support team, working closely with colleagues and clients to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your passion for Disney and commitment to exceptional customer service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to Disney fans via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to resolve complex customer issues
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Disney products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
  • May participate in training others in functional areas and produce training documentation

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment or media industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience

  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
  • Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
