Are you a strategic, customer-obsessed leader passionate about redefining digital shopping? Walmart’s Content Strategy team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the business direction of our Virtual Try-On portfolio—a high-impact role at the intersection of retail, technology, and innovation. In this role, you’ll partner closely with merchandising, product, design, engineering, and data teams to scale immersive, AR- and AI-powered experiences that help millions of customers shop with confidence. What You’ll Do- Set the strategic vision and lead execution for virtual try-on across Walmart’s digital channels and categories, including apparel, accessories, and beauty
- Own the business roadmap within a cross-functional team, driving alignment across product, design, engineering, and analytics
- Collaborate with merchandising partners in fashion and beauty to embed virtual try-on into assortment and category strategies
- Manage performance and impact, owning KPIs such as customer engagement, conversion, and return reduction
- Lead innovation and expansion, identifying new features, categories, and use cases for virtual try-on
- Track industry trends in AR/AI and digital retail to inform product direction and maintain competitive differentiation
- You bring deep experience in fashion, beauty, or accessories and understand the nuances of customer fit and style preferences
- You have familiarity with AR/VR, AI, 3D modeling, or personalization tech and can translate it into customer benefit
- You thrive in a highly cross-functional environment and love being the “glue” across tech and business teams
- You are customer-obsessed, continuously looking for ways to elevate the online shopping journey
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail, digital product, or merchandising
- Strong business acumen and experience owning a roadmap or program with measurable impact
- Proven ability to collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
- You’re energized by emerging tech and can spot trends before they go mainstream
