Business Development Representative
Talentpluto is a fast-growing NYC startup building the next generation of AI agents for customer engagement. They are seeking Business Development Representatives to fuel the pipeline and kickstart their sales engine, focusing on prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts and generate qualified opportunities
- Run high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and expand pipeline
- Develop a strong understanding of the AI/tech landscape
- Bring energy, creativity, and persistence to hitting and exceeding targets
Skills
- 0-1 years of experience (internships, sales experience, or other high-achievement backgrounds welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive mindset with a track record of achievement (academics, athletics, leadership, etc.)
- Coachable, resilient, and hungry to succeed in a sales career
- Excited to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with lots of growth ahead
