[Remote] Returned Goods Credit Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CONMED Corporation is seeking a Returned Goods Credit Specialist who will work directly with Accounts Receivable and support functions including Credit Issuance and Vendor Maintenance. The role involves reviewing and processing credits related to Returned Goods and supporting accounts receivable related projects.
Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and process credits related to Returned Goods, Trade Ins, Recalls, Quality, and other various circumstances requiring credit issuance
- Apply Vendor Maintenance additions/adjustments form to the respective ERP systems
- Support and create efficiencies in a remote working environment
- Accounts Receivable related projects
Skills
- High school degree or GED
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting environment
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of accounts receivable and associated transactions
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
