Litigation Attorney
Patterson Ripplinger, P.C. is currently seeking a Litigation Attorney for their busy DTC office. The ideal candidate will handle insurance defense litigation, including drafting motions and attending court hearings, while managing all aspects of their cases from pre-litigation analysis through trial and appeal.
Responsibilities
- Defending first and third-party claims
- Drafting coverage analyses
- Drafting motions, pleadings, complaints
- Attending depositions and court hearings in both state and federal court
- Assuming primary responsibility for all aspects of the cases
- Strong research, writing and independent thinking skills
- Meeting deadlines and tracking billable hours using electronic practice management software
Skills
- Insurance defense litigation experience
