Litigation Associate
Squire Patton Boggs is a global law firm seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 1 year of general litigation experience. The role involves supporting the automotive consumer litigation practice and handling various aspects of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Support our automotive consumer litigation practice
- Manage discovery requests and responses
- Draft and argue motions
- Conduct research
- Draft memoranda and correspondence
- Attend hearings and court conferences
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist with trial preparations and trial
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of general litigation experience
- Must be admitted to the California Bar
- Products liability and/or consumer law background
- Superior research and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
