Strategy Consultant- Healthcare and Life Sciences
Sia Experience is a global management consulting group focused on driving transformation in various sectors, including healthcare and life sciences. They are seeking a full-time Strategy Consultant to join their team, responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis, and developing insights to support clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research to assess market dynamics, competitor positioning, and emerging trends in life sciences and adjacent sectors
- Perform competitive benchmarking and technology landscaping across therapeutic areas, modalities, and geographies
- Quantify market potential through segmentation, value-driver, and scenario analyses
- Build Excel models to support valuation, forecasting, and decision-support exercises
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations that translate data and analysis into clear, executive-level insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts to align market insights with technical and product realities
- Participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops to capture key insights and refine recommendations
- Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary consulting environment across Sia’s broader ecosystem
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, market research, or life sciences analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with strong presentation design skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client service excellence
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare strategy, product development, or commercialization
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, market research, or life sciences analysis
- Knowledge of biotechnology, medical devices, and/or pharmaceutical development processes
- Familiarity with project management tools and cross-functional collaboration
