[Remote] FINANCIAL ANALYST, FCH - BUDGET AND FINANCIAL PLANNING
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Froedtert Health is a regional health network that collaborates with the Medical College of Wisconsin to provide patient care and medical research. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to support data analysis, benchmarking efforts, and financial improvements across multiple hospital sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide observations and interpretation of data compiled from a variety of sources including: scorecards, operational metrics and statistics, general ledger and payroll
- Support Vizient hospital benchmarking efforts across multiple hospital sites as well as participate in identification and implementation of improvement efforts with operational leaders
- Participate in data collection from multiple sources and submit to the operational database
- Meet with department operational leaders to educate on benchmarking, review inputs and interpret quarterly results
- Produce management reports and senior leader presentations of benchmarking results
- Participate in ad hoc projects for hospital financial improvements
Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or healthcare environment is required
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Understands the technical aspects and interfaces between General Accounting, Managed Care, Reimbursement, Patient Accounting, Patient Services, Financial Planning, and Information Systems as it relates to the job functions
