Assoc Analyst Vendor Contracts
Medline Industries, LP is a growing worldwide organization focused on providing healthcare products and services. The Assoc Analyst Vendor Contracts role is an entry-level position that involves implementing and maintaining contract pricing for vendor accounts, supporting the management of contracts and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Obtain or receive data from vendors to maintain contract pricing and tier eligibility
- Create all necessary contracts, added items, and make any appropriate changes
- Make determinations for customer start and end dates for customer pricing and vendor rebating using established department standards
- Ensure contracts are set up correctly and customers are aligned to the correct contracts
- Maintain standard operating procedures for each vendor’s portfolio
- Resolve rebate discrepancies
- Work and coordinate with Chargeback team on resolution
- Work with vendor community to research and resolve contract misalignments and contract related issues
- Communicate all aspects concerning fulfillment of contractual obligations with contracting parties
Skills
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
- At least 1 year of experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers including meeting quality standards for services
- Experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers including meeting quality standards for services
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts and pivot tables, using text wrap, sorting, vlookups, and if statements)
