Condo/Coop Property Damage Associate Attorney
Lewis Brisbois is a full-service Am Law 100 firm, and they are seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of litigation related to property damage and governance disputes for condo and coop boards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy
Skills
- One (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending condo and coop boards in connection with inter-building disputes relating to property damage and allegations of breaches of building governance and fiduciary duty
- Ability to manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy
- Superior writing skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Admission to the New York Bar is required
