Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Concierge – Remote Jobs Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences to our esteemed clients at the American Express Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, embodying our brand and values, and providing personalized support to our clients. Your role will involve:
- Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the parlor
- Providing exceptional support and assistance to clients, including travel, card, and lifestyle services
- Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
- Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet client requirements
- Providing travel counsel and making reservations as needed
- Utilizing technology to provide support and assistance in a client-facing environment
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the parlor, providing a warm and personalized experience
- Provide exceptional support and assistance to clients, including travel, card, and lifestyle services
- Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to the client's preferences
- Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet client requirements, providing recommendations and making reservations as needed
- Provide travel counsel and make reservations as needed, ensuring that clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Utilize technology to provide support and assistance in a client-facing environment, including web-based tools and mobile apps
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that clients receive exceptional support and assistance
Essential Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment
- Experience in a travel industry, carrier, or parlor setting, including reservation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to listen actively and respond to client needs, providing personalized support and assistance
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
