About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely for 2 days and onsite at our Chicago, IL location for 3 days. In this critical position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our sales representatives, distributors, and dealers, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner, ensuring that all interactions meet our high standards of customer service
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, distributors, and dealers, to resolve issues and ensure that orders are processed efficiently
  • Utilize our CRM system, SAP, and other software applications to manage customer interactions, track orders, and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including pricing, distribution, and product information, to provide accurate and helpful support to customers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, leveraging your expertise and feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service or support experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and create reports to inform business decisions
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as SAP, or other software applications used to manage customer interactions and track orders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and resolve them in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with PC systems and software applications used for order placement, pricing, and distribution, as well as obtaining information relative to customers, orders, and products
