Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Operations & Property Management – Remote

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Real Estate Operations and Property Management team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate property listings, handle client communications, and ensure seamless operations across multiple real estate projects. This is a fully remote position, perfect for someone with experience in real estate administration, property coordination, or virtual assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with property management tasks such as lease tracking, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.

  • *

Prepare and update property listings on real estate platforms (MLS, Zillow, etc.).

  • *

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate showings with agents and clients.

  • *

Handle inbound and outbound emails and calls professionally.

  • *

Create, organize, and maintain digital records of properties, tenants, and vendors.

  • *

Support property marketing initiatives, including posting on social media and updating online listings.

  • *

Process rental applications, collect documentation, and assist with lease agreements.

  • *

Track rent payments, expenses, and prepare simple financial summaries or reports.

  • *

Communicate with contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers for ongoing property needs.

Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Real Estate Assistant, or Property Management Coordinator.

  • *

Strong understanding of real estate processes, leasing, and property administration.

  • *

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • *

High level of proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM/property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • *

Reliable internet connection and a professional work-from-home setup.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in virtual assistance or real estate operations.

Prior experience supporting property managers, agents, or real estate investors preferred.

  • Working Hours

Flexible working hours with core overlap between 9 AM – 5 PM (EST).
