Job Overview

We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agents/Data Entry Clerks to join our dynamic team of remote workers. As a key member of our call center, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to clients and their customers, working closely with insurance companies to resolve inquiries and concerns. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance companies, addressing their queries and providing timely resolutions
  • Log all necessary information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers, following established protocols and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with insurance companies and their clients to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, handling 100+ outbound calls per day and meeting performance targets
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and email to manage customer interactions and update records
  • Operate a multi-line phone system, navigating multiple calls and prioritizing tasks effectively

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience, with a proven track record of success
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English language skills
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Residency in one of the following states: Colorado, Texas, Florida, or Illinois

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field, with knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues

Shift Availability and Schedule

We offer a variety of shift schedules, including:

  • 10-hour shifts, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling
  • 4-hour shifts, with a focus on part-time and temporary work arrangements
  • 8-hour shifts, with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule and rotating weekends
  • Day shifts, with opportunities for morning, afternoon, and evening work arrangements
  • Night shifts, with a focus on evening and overnight work arrangements
