Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

Essential Qualifications

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software

• Exceptional customer service and problem-resolution skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and effective communication
• High-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload) – internet speed test required
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment with minimal interruptions
• Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)
