Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Schedule appointments for home repair companies, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers
* Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, providing solutions and alternatives as needed
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, ensuring customer loyalty and retention
* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
* Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
* Ability to work weekends, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
* Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
* Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet dedicated workspace
