Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Home Care Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, communicating services offered, and scheduling initial visits. Key Responsibilities
* Effectively identify customer/family/caregiver needs and communicate services offered, highlighting the value of arenaflex's services
- Establish rapport and engage members with arenaflex by scheduling the first initial visit
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, safeguarding Protected Health Information
- Route calls properly to support first call resolution
- Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Adhere to attendance requirements
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere
- 2+ years of experience using CRM applications
- Minimum of one year in an outreach environment (preferred)
- Medical Terminology knowledge
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Great multitasking skills
- Positive attitude
- Good typing skills
- Great customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment
- Experience in home care, customer service, or medical scheduling (1 year or more)
- Strong knowledge of CRM applications and medical terminology
