Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Supply Chain Operations and Analytics

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business intelligence and decision-making across our Supply Chain Department and other arenaflex teams. You'll analyze complex data sets, design and create data visualizations, and develop high-quality reports to inform business strategies. Your expertise will help us optimize our supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Analyze data using techniques such as data mining, data modeling, and cost or benefit evaluation to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Design and create data visualizations in Tableau or other visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Develop high-quality reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making
• Create and optimize data evaluation and reporting processes for internal and external customers
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes
• May perform other duties as directed by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Skilled in collecting, organizing, transforming, cleaning, visualizing, and assimilating data, including turning raw data into actionable insights using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software

• Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing associated data to develop and implement solutions
• Ability to illustrate knowledge and understanding of stakeholders' needs and adapt methods accordingly
• Ability to facilitate data sharing between external customers and arenaflex to create SWA data structures that meet customer requirements
• Ability to collect data from multiple and varied sources while resolving issues
• Ability to prioritize work with minimal guidance and meet customers' timelines while delivering high-quality work
• Advanced degree experience, professional and specialized knowledge in:

+ Analytical, data technology, or data-centric environments + Data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture + Management of large data (i.e., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, or equivalent knowledge of ETL functionality) + Data evaluation and visualization tools (i.e., Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent) + General experience building complex models using multiple data sets to calculate TCO/fee savings/KPIs/etc + Leading medium-scale business projects

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

* Advanced-degree experience, professional and specialized knowledge in analytical, data technology, or data-centric environments

• Data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture
• Management of large data (i.e., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, or equivalent knowledge of ETL functionality)
• Data evaluation and visualization tools (i.e., Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent)
• General experience building complex models using multiple data sets to calculate TCO/fee savings/KPIs/etc
• Leading medium-scale business projects

* Ability to perform work obligations from confined area workstation/desk/workplace region for prolonged durations of time

• Ability to speak and interact with others in the English language to fulfill the needs of the job
• Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to fulfill the needs of the job

* Must hold a well-groomed appearance in line with Company appearance requirements as defined in established guidelines

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as described by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to observe Company attendance requirements as defined in established guidelines
• Minimal travel required
