Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research and analysis of trends, supporting the development of new strategies, policies, and reports
• Engage in knowledge sharing, improving, and leveraging available data tools with other departments within the organization
• Leverage technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data Concepts) and industry data to provide answers to business requests
• Transform raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings
• Participate in the development and improvement of models and strategies, supporting their downstream implementation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Advanced level experience in a related field, with specialized knowledge in data collection, analysis, and presentation
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in providing insights to Senior Leaders
• Experience with data manipulation software (Alteryx or similar) and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Network Planning or Airline Operations
• Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL)
