We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Assisting customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Helping service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
  • Collaborating with a fully remote team to provide seamless support and resolve customer concerns

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and troubleshooting common computer issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a remote team environment
