Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and dealers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls from customers and dealers regarding part orders or other items available for purchase on our website
  • Making occasional outbound calls to customers and dealers to research, investigate, and follow up with findings
  • Handling approximately 15-20 calls per day, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Utilizing your research and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of customer service or support experience
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Teams and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable at-home internet and a distraction-free workplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience
  • Knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles
  • Prior work experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, engineering, IT, or a similar discipline
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
