Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Digital Experience Platform

As a key member of our Digital Experience Platform team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development, design, and maintenance of arenaflex's Ongoing Customer Information Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive business growth, and stay ahead of the competition. How You'll Assist Us in Continuing to Climb As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll bring a high level of specialized mastery to our team, supporting the development, design, and maintenance of arenaflex's CDP, Adobe Experience Platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Ongoing CDP to address project issues.
• Supporting new development, setup, and maintenance on the platform.
• Providing specialized skill and guidance to internal teams regarding the component building and RT-CDP platform.
• Investigating specialized issues connected with the platform and executing resolutions.
• Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech requirements and executions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices connected with Adobe Experience Platform.
• Directing regular reviews to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.
• Driving training courses to up-skill internal teams on the effective utilization of the platform.
• Collaborating with Adobe Support and Advisory groups to facilitate product improvements and workarounds.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Extensive experience related to technical information management and marketing strategy experience.
• Strong technical skills, especially with Adobe Experience Platform or similar.
• Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Reliably focuses on the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles.
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US.

• Postgraduate education in Business, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.
• Experience with Customer Information platforms, such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms like Salesforce C360 or Portion.
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing and executing complex enterprise-level platforms.
• Inside and out knowledge of data administration and data management best practices.
• Related experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital business environment, preferably with a focus on customer journey optimization.

This position is located in Atlanta at the arenaflex Headquarters, and relocation will be required. The job will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Change.
