  • Claims online portal registration and ticket processing

  • Managing and resolving IT help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner

  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and IT help desk
