Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the development of our statistical modeling and predictive analytics capabilities. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from data visualization and statistical analysis to predictive modeling and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets

• Develop and implement advanced statistical models to predict future outcomes and inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
• Communicate complex statistical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain high-quality data visualizations and reports to support business decision making
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in statistical modeling and predictive analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analysis capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques, including regression analysis, time series analysis, and machine learning
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
• Certification in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js
