Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Operations Excellence, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and mentoring hourly workforce teams to maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Working in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
- Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
