Job Description
Role Summary:
Reporting to the Energy Manager, the Energy Management Administrator will ensure the day-to-day smooth running of administrative processes to ensure the function is meeting it\'s deadlines and liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.

- Process invoice reminders using energy management software and liaising with internal teams and external bureau service
- Work with the finance team on billing queries
- Proactively check that all relevant supplies are in contract by working with Customer Experience team to ensure that all supplies are being billed on contract rates
- Support Energy Manager in processing Change Of Tenancy’s for new acquisitions and developments acting as point of contact between suppliers and internal teams
- Assist Energy Manager in arranging meter upgrades
- Assist the Energy Manager in tracking development projects to ensure that utility costs are known and charged correctly and that suppliers have been disconnected and reconnected correctly when required.
- Work alongside the Energy Manager in QA of HH data used for monthly reporting
