In recognition of successful completion of training you will be eligible for a proficiency increase at or around 6 months from your date of hire.Start Date: February 13th, 2023Location: Full Time RemoteTraining Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.Regular Hours: Monday - Friday Core Business Hours, no weekends.Key Responsibilities:• Handle first and third-party Personal Lines auto claims, with a focus on financial accuracy, appropriate file disposition, and adherence to statutory guidelines• Investigating Property Damage Only claims to determine liability exposures and potential subrogation• Provide exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers through adherence to The Hartford’s standards of communication• Ability to make decisions with the customer at the center of everything we do• Utilize critical thinking skills to gather and analyze information and data to make sound decisions• Continually evaluate self against performance targets and strive to exceed expectations• Contribute to a courageous culture that promotes collaboration and inclusion to maximize operational performance and employee engagement. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
