Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from (68,000 to )90,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.   • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, sales, or advertising (CPG experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies
  • A creative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and brand growth

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of brand performance and market trends
  • Review sales data, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights
  • Analyze consumer and shopper behavior to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Present key business insights to leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Support brand profitability and P&L management
  • Collaborate with sales, innovation, and creative teams to align marketing efforts
  • Develop sales materials and presentations to support product launches

Qualifications

  • A BS/BA in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
