Class Action & Arbitration Attorney | Remote
A fast-growing plaintiffs' litigation firm is seeking a skilled attorney to join its team and take ownership of complex federal court cases and consumer arbitrations. This fully remote role offers immediate exposure to cutting-edge litigation in areas like data privacy, consumer protection, and cryptocurrency disputes. What You'll Do
- Lead federal court class actions and arbitrations from start to finish
- Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Draft persuasive pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Shape litigation strategy and negotiate impactful settlements
- Engage in forums such as FINRA, AAA, and JAMS
What You Bring
- 5+ years of litigation experience, including federal court practice
- Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills
- Experience in class actions, data privacy, or consumer protection preferred
- FINRA, AAA, or JAMS experience a plus
- Background in Big Law, federal clerkship, or government litigation highly valued
- California bar license preferred but not required
