Contract Length:

This is a flexible, ongoing contract with no fixed term.

Rate:

You will earn an hourly rate of $35, providing a competitive income for your skills and experience.

Skills/Background Needed:

No prior experience is necessary, but you should have access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You must be able to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and have a reliable internet connection. Additionally, you should be available for at least 5 hours per week.

Location:

This is a remote position available for applicants worldwide, with preference given to candidates from the United States.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Social Media Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's social media accounts
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Handling inquiries related to topics such as shipping rates, return policies, and available stock
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
