Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their orders are delivered on time and exceeding their expectations. You'll work closely with our logistics team to resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours of scheduled work per week, with the expectation to work extra hours as needed to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide real-time, hands-on support to customers via phone and email, ensuring their orders are delivered on time and exceeding their expectations.

  • Connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages.
  • Manage difficult customer situations using empathy and effective communication skills.
  • Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs, soliciting feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Read and analyze information, using memories and experience to supplement data and improve workflows and techniques.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines.
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer handling issues in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze data skillfully to develop opportunity solutions.
  • Communicate effectively, listen actively, and maintain confidentiality while following policies and procedures.
  • Balance team and individual duties, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views.
  • Contribute to building a positive team environment, committing to goals and objectives, and supporting team efforts to succeed.
  • Treat people with respect, inspire trust, and assist in upholding organizational values and goals with integrity.
  • Support affirmative action and respect diversity.
  • Perform physical tasks, including wearing, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, as well as standing, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching for up to 12 hours.

Work Environment

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures may vary. Personal protective equipment will be provided to ensure your safety and well-being.

Qualifications

Fundamental Qualifications

* High school or equivalent degree

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to successfully prioritize work time to ensure performance
  • Familiarity with Windows working systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools

Desired Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Skillability in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in technology performance metrics and developing them to measure development against key performance indicators
