Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Data Examination group, where you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing subscriber data across our streaming platforms. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with our upstream data partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications, including price increases, subscriber agreements, and new data collection. You will also be responsible for identifying subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, and working with our incident management, business operations, and trade designing teams to ensure the integrity of our subscriber data and provide discounts to our customers when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber notification drives, including price increases, subscriber agreements, and new data collection, as well as episode remediation to ensure that the right customers receive discounts when required.

• Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for notification and remediation.
• Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
• Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information.
• Manage project planning and timelines and ensure cross-functional delivery to prepare for significant business events.
• Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
• Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline

• 2+ years of analytical experience
• Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)

• Postgraduate education
• Knowledge of Wind current
