Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Drawing in clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services
- Settling client issues and answering inquiries to guarantee a positive client experience
- Modeling and offering client support best practices with all colleagues to convey an unmistakable and brilliant client experience
- Providing clients with respectful, agreeable, quick, and productive help
- Recommending items available to be purchased to clients and suggesting exchange up as well as buddy things
- Registering client buys on appointed sales register, collecting cash and circulating change as mentioned; processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades depending on the situation
- Keeping counters and retires spotless and very much marketed, taking stock, and keeping up with records
