Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize our content portfolio. Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:
- Applying advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Investigating customer behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
- Developing predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize content launch and episode release strategies
- Testing marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational direction
- Providing specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicating key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
- Experience with machine learning and AI procedures, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- A graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
