We’re looking for a remote Integration Support Specialist with strong communication skills and hands-on experience using tools like Make.com and Zapier. If you're a systems thinker who enjoys solving technical problems and guiding non-technical users through digital integrations, we’d love to have you on board! This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates based in the Philippines or Serbia. You’ll support the expansion of our Intake 360 service, which provides on-demand reception and intake for U.S.-based law firms. The role focuses on building and supporting custom integrations between our systems and clients’ CRMs, using tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Regal, along with other automation platforms. About the Role

Integration Support Specialist – CRM Automation & Workflow Tools As an Integration Support Specialist, you’ll be part of a growing integrations team focused on implementing and maintaining custom connections between internal systems and client CRMs. You’ll work with both internal operations teams and U.S.-based law firm clients to understand technical requirements, build efficient workflows, and ensure clean data flow. This is a hands-on, mid-level position ideal for someone who enjoys building solutions, troubleshooting workflows, and explaining technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly way. The role is well-suited to someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new platforms as we continue expanding our tool stack. Core Responsibilities - Build and maintain integrations using Make.com and/or Zapier - Translate client requirements into well-documented, logical automation workflows - Collaborate with Client Success Managers to gather and refine technical needs - Communicate with U.S.-based law firm clients and internal teams to provide updates and support - Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows and automations for reliability and scalability - Help standardize integration patterns across different CRMs and platforms - Create internal documentation and checklists for recurring integration processes - Manage integration projects independently with minimal oversight - Maintain at least 5–6 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET) Core Qualifications (Must-Have) - Minimum 2 years of experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms - Ability to troubleshoot integration issues logically and independently - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable supporting non-technical users and explaining system behavior clearly - Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple technical projects at once - Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Lead Docket, or similar - Willingness and ability to learn new tools quickly as client needs evolve - Familiarity with Regal or similar CTI/dialer tools is a strong plus - Attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable integration design Nice to Have - Experience working with law firm clients or legal intake platforms - Exposure to APIs or webhooks, even through low-code or no-code platforms - Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Google Forms, or Microsoft 365 - Prior experience in a remote support or client-facing role with U.S.-based teams - Understanding of conditional logic, multi-step workflows, and error handling in automation tools Ready to join the team?
