Job Summary

As an Account Executive with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new Selling Partners into our Paid Services programs. You'll be responsible for creating and executing a sales pipeline using a consultative approach, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

* Identify, qualify, and engage potential Selling Partners for arenaflex's Paid Services programs

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs, as well as the features and functionalities of our services
  • Create compelling value propositions around our Paid Services programs
  • Prospect and close business to achieve monthly targets for the number and quality of Selling Partners selected
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and make decisive decisions
  • Use customer data to inform recommendations that enhance the effectiveness of the assigned territory
  • Conduct and follow up on metrics to maintain the quality and success of the vendors in your region
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to track all relevant account data and sales progress, as well as forecast and target quarterly objectives
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and condition of the assigned territory
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the arenaflex Commercial Center external service industry, including knowledge of competing product offerings
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive change, eliminate roadblocks, and close business
  • Manage additional tasks while maintaining a current book of business, such as mentorship and sales analysis as needed

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including 4 years of sales experience in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries

  • At least 4 years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-pitching organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Always makes the wisest decision for the customer

Preferred Capabilities

* Ability to work with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to align

  • Strong business acumen, demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Solid analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to focus and manage multiple priorities
  • Creative, driven, and able to effectively advocate for the customer
