Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to questions about pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail order solutions
- Providing accurate and timely information to help individuals understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
- Resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, military experience)
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner
- Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
