  • Meet our elite performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction targets, gathering client support proficiency metrics, and completing other duties as assigned
  • Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and providing personalized support to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Listen actively and show empathy, using your peace-promoting skills to de-escalate client concerns and find solutions that meet their needs
  • Issue resolve using a first-contact resolution approach, thinking systematically to provide tailored solutions that delight our clients
  • Be educated and adaptable, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer questions and provide support

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and understand both languages
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for people and technology
