Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced part-time customer support specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a part-time customer support specialist, you'll work closely with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business and IT requirements. You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving technical limitations, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the development of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply primary technical knowledge to design solutions that meet business and IT needs, and resolve identified technical limitations.

• Serve as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by identifying and sharing feedback on technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that impact the client/cooperate with internal teams, using established channels.
• Request input from others to contribute to proposals for practical solutions based on specific technical products, and demonstrate fundamental technical concepts and design solution capabilities through design collaboration meetings with the client/partner.
• Support research projects and contribute to check studies for clients/partners to assess potential intellectual property (IP) needs or interaction changes.
• Participate in external designer community events (e.g., conferences, courses, technical meetups, webinars, blogs, hackathons) and share learnings with the internal team.
• Engage in conversations around engineering design, strength assessments, and technical development that impact production arrangement application and increase client business value. Ensure that the client's current situation and applications are well-architected.

Essential Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• No less than one additional quarter/semester of school remaining after the completion of the part-time position.

Preferred Qualifications

* Passion for technology and customer-focused

• Demonstrated partner and relationship management skills across senior leaders, partners, and clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication, logical, and presentation skills
• Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure)
• Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci)
