Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at blithequark. This is a fully remote position, offering a competitive salary of $24 per hour. You will work flexible hours, with part-time commitments of under 4 hours a day. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email and chat
  • Processing orders and managing order fulfillment tasks to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Updating and maintaining product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with restocking as needed to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Collaborating with team members to analyze sales data and trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience:

As a virtual assistant or in a similar role, with a strong background in e-commerce operations

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central:

You should have a solid understanding of Amazon's e-commerce platform and its operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills:

You will be interacting with various stakeholders on a daily basis, so excellent communication skills are essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace:

You should be proficient in using these tools to manage tasks, communicate with team members, and analyze data

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail:

You will need to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your work to ensure seamless customer experiences

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively:

You will be working remotely, so you should be self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively

Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools:

You should have a basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree:

In a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Previous experience in e-commerce or virtual assistance:
