Key Responsibilities
As a Director - Customer Analytics & Economics at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to drive business outcomes, lead a high-performing team, and make a significant impact on the travel industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of approximately 8 analysts to deliver against a broad range of projects, applying advanced analytical and modeling techniques to understand customer lifetime value.
- Defining the customer analytics roadmap and working closely with business stakeholders and other analytics teams to develop and implement solutions to optimize investments and improve profitability.
- Providing powerful insights that shape the understanding of customers, their economics, and how to make investments to improve customer lifetime value.
- Measuring and providing insights and solutions into how to maximize customer life-time value, and creating a customer performance forum to readout on customer KPIs.
- Supporting business teams in evaluating where to make investments to optimize customer returns.
- Leading and coaching a diverse team of advanced analysts, analytics managers, and business analysts to deliver insights and decisions that benefit the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of essential qualifications, including:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
- Experience directly managing a team or demonstrated leadership skills in a senior-level role.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong commercial acumen.
- Innovative and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to solutions.
- Skilled in engaging with stakeholders across all levels, including VPs/SVPs, and communicating complex concepts concisely and clearly.

Compensation and Benefits
The total cash range for this position is competitive, with a range of $221,000 to $309,500, depending on location. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $353,500, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance. blithequark also offers a wide range of benefits, including:
