What You Will Do

• Support product development activities for Dubai Trade digital solutions.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback and analyzing user needs.
• Help monitor service levels and support SLA tracking for key accounts.
• Conduct basic research on market trends and competitor digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support product enhancements and testing.
• Assist in preparing product documentation, reports, and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Design Management or a related field.
• Interest in digital products, technology, and trade or logistics.
• Basic understanding or curiosity about product development and user experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a global organization.
