About the Role

As a Remote Customer Success Representative, you'll be the friendly face our clients rely on to navigate their insurance benefit options and receive exceptional service. You'll be responsible for connecting with clients via phone, email, text, and Zoom, guiding them through their benefit options, and answering any questions they may have. You'll also be required to update and manage client information using internal tools and provide excellent service with a solution-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients via phone, email, text, and Zoom to provide exceptional service and support

• Guide customers through their benefit options and answer questions in a clear and concise manner
• Update and manage client information using internal tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Provide excellent service with a solution-first attitude, always looking for ways to improve the client experience
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive virtual team to achieve shared goals and objectives

What You Need to Succeed

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• No prior experience in insurance or customer service required – we provide full training and support from day one
• Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first mindset
• Self-motivated and organized with good time management skills
• Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, online tools)
