Responsibilities
As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using active listening skills and empathy to understand the customer's perspective
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments, using our desktop computer system to navigate and resolve customer queries
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately documented and analyzed
* Providing feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes
* Upselling when required, using your knowledge of our products and services to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using technology to stay connected and collaborate with colleagues
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
* The ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and identify effective solutions
* The ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with experience using desktop computer systems and software applications
* Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
